Submitting an event or listing does not constitute that "BARfriender or PCP&Media Group" endorses or are sponsors of your event.  Written permissions are required to use our name.

Please plan your event ad submissions accordingly.  All listings paid in full and received by Monday 6pm (Mountain time) will be posted online the following Thursday by 11am.  Front page featured events ad space is not currently available for purchase.

Please take a moment to review your listing, we do not edit text or copy.  Requests for revisions to any posted event ad for text or content will result in additional re-submission fees.  

You may submit a request to remove event at any time, there are no fees for removals. We prefer to add a cancelation notice rather than remove events to inform our visitors of any changes and how they can get refunds if applicable.

Due to the nature of digital online advertising we do not issue refunds.

All event listings must be approved by administration prior to posting online for general content and quality. We reserve the right to not accept or post any listings that we deem inappropriate for our community for any reason. If your ad does get rejected by administrators we will refund your payment promptly.
